  After multiple productive meetings with our designer/sales rep, Joe Thompson, he made a very good kitchen design. We placed an order on 2/27/15, gave a 50% deposit, and were told that turnaround time from the manufacturer (Starmark) was six weeks. It is now nine weeks, and no cabinets. We were promised "they'd be on the truck" last Wednesday, which turned out to be untrue. Next week will mark ten weeks. And no indication that anyone at Consumers is calling Starmark or otherwise following up. Joe Thompson's comment to our contractor: "They're just going to have to wait." Update: cabinets were delivered at the 10 week mark (to the day). Missing parts, missing molding, etc. Most importantly, the stove base cabinet, which was supposed to have been custom- made for our model cooktop, required substantial work from our contractor to make the stove fit. Joe's response: "Sorry about that!" Otherwise, the quality and finish of the cabinets was good.
