  I used to love this store. Now there is all new staff and they don't have any customer service skills. My son is 6 years old, he's indecisive like all little kids. Before they would let him try a used game before we bought it this way I don't have to come back and return it. Today I went in and asked the rep on the floor if he can try a used game before we buy it and blatantly said "no, you can't try games before you buy them" I have no idea how such people get hired. I would never go back to this game stop. There are plenty of other places to buy games

  Good game selection. Poor headset selection. (Better off at best buy or walmart) Do NOT go to this place for trade ins because the people who work here try to give you as little value for your items as possible. I guess this is all the power they have so they abuse it. Told them no on their offer and went to another game stop with exact same product and got nearly double the trade in value. (WEST BAB).
